Terms and conditions of Reservation:
In order to process your reservation request, please provide your credit card details. It is only for the guarantee of the reservation (prepayment) and attach or fax a copy (Both sides) of your credit card to us immediately. The total payment of the room will be processed when you check out.

Upon receipt, your reservation will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email.

Airport Transfer:
Savan Vegas Hotel and Casino provides complimentary airport transfer. Kindly let us know your flight details if you wish to make use of the service.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy:
- Please note that this booking is subject to the above policy, which stipulates that cancellations made 48 hours before 12 noon, local Vientiane time on the day of arrival WILL NOT BE CHARGED. Cancellations must be sent in writing or by telephone. Thereafter or in the case of a No-Show, you will be subject to the first room night BEING CHARGED to the above credit cardholder's name.
- We reserve the right to release any non-guaranteed room booking, unless we are notified by you before 16:00 about late arrivals or flight delays.

Child Policy:
- 1 Child between 8 and 12 years old is allowed to stay in their parent's room for no additional charge. An extra bed is USD20.00nett/Nite/Room, which includesbreakfast.
- If a child is above 12 years of age, separate a room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate.
- For 2 Children between 8 and 12 years old an additional room is necessary. The rate of this room will be 50% of the parent's applicable room rate including breakfast.

Check-in and check-out time:
Kindly note that Check-in time is 14:00hrs and check-out time is 12:00 noon midday. We would appreciate if you can provide us your arrival time upon making roomyour reservation.Guests wishing to check-in early will be considered based on room availability. Guests are advised to reserve one day in advance to guarantee additional availability. For any further requests please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
